1. Payment Partner

All payments for PlexiPass are processed securely through Paddle, our official global payments partner.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund period for users who:

  • Are unsatisfied with the experience
  • Faced issues while using the product
  • Encountered technical problems during payment

If your request is within 14 days of purchase, we’re happy to help and refund your payment where applicable.

3. Automatic Refunds for Technical Issues

If there’s a technical glitch while processing your payment, we’ll automatically detect it and refund the amount to your account. There’s no need to contact us in such cases—just check your payment method for the reversal within a few business days.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you’d like to request a refund for any other reason, simply drop us an email at aakash@plexipass.com with the following details:

  • The email address you used to sign up with PlexiPass
  • Date of payment
  • Payment method or account used
  • Reason for seeking refund

We’ll look into your case promptly and do our best to ensure a fair outcome.

5. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days

Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your payment and you didn’t notify us within that period, we won't be able to process your refund request. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
