1. Account Usage & Device Limitations

Each user is allowed to use PlexiPass on up to 3 devices concurrently. Logging in from more than 3 devices may trigger an automatic logout across all sessions. We do this to protect our resources and ensure fair usage for everyone.

Any attempt to intentionally exploit system limitations—such as using automation, bots, or multiple fake accounts—may lead to permanent suspension of your account.

2. Fair Use & Community Commitment

We believe in fairness. The pricing of PlexiPass is designed to keep the service sustainable and evolving, while also being accessible. Unlimited querying, scraping, or heavy misuse of our AI backend (especially in automated ways) is not allowed.

Our team is constantly improving PlexiPass with more helpful tools and delightful experiences. We value all of our users and welcome constructive feedback at any time.

3. Subscription & Pricing

PlexiPass does not automatically renew subscriptions. You will be informed of pricing changes in advance, which will only apply once your current plan expires.

We accept most major payment methods, credit/debit cards, and other international wallet payment options. In the rare case that you face any technical or billing issue, don’t worry—we’re here to help. Reach out to aakash@plexipass.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

We collect only minimal data to enhance your experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data interactions through PlexiPass are powered by Perplexity and secured with encryption and privacy-respecting protocols.
